I have suffered with all sorts of medical problems related directly to dieting. I now am in constant pain and have undergone two operations to try and help me walk properly again, this will be a slow process and i still use a wheelchair. I am trying to get the message across that it is not always best to be you're ideal weight, as long as you look after yourself and remain healthy, which really is all that matters. So you see we are not all designed to be a size zero, so we need to learn to love our individual shape,
